October 2020: Safe in Bangkok

It's been a long time since my last post. In case you were wondering, my second wife and I are living happily in Bangkok. I met Daru one year after returning to Thailand in 2015. We got married in 2018 and now are living in our condo. We are fortunate to be living in one of the safest countries in the world regarding the coronavirus. 

After taking a long break to focus on meditation and Zen, I have returned to writing poems and travel stories. I will be posting more  poems and stories over the next few months.I have also been occupied by all of the activities in Bangkok, one of the great cities of Asia. I started a creative writing group for seniors, and have also been active in another writing group, a book club, a meditation group, and a philosophy club. Life in Bangkok is already fully back to normal, but it could be a while before tourists can come back.
